Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, accessories, and components to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
